What it removes

The admin around the work. All of it.

Everything your team does that isn't owning the strategy and the calendar.

Content drafting

Blog posts, social posts, newsletter copy, landing-page text. First draft to publish-ready, in your voice, in hours not days.

Editorial calendar

A rolling 6-week plan that knows your launches, your campaigns, and what performed last quarter. Updated weekly.

Social scheduling

Posts queued across LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, with timing tuned to your audience. Variants per channel, not the same text everywhere.

Campaign assembly

Multi-touch campaigns built from a single brief. Email, social, ad copy, landing copy — all consistent, all on brand.

Performance reporting

Weekly performance digest. What worked, what didn't, what to double down on. No dashboard required.

Repurposing

A long-form post becomes ten social posts, three newsletter snippets, and a sales follow-up email. Nothing written once and forgotten.

A day in the life

One workflow. From inbox to pipeline report.

A typical day with the Recruitment suite running in the background.

8 am

Trends scanned

Scout

Scout pulls overnight industry chatter, competitor posts, and category news. You wake up to a five-line brief on what's moving.

9 am

Editorial brief drafted

Lens

Today's two pieces are spec'd: angle, audience, sources, target keywords. You approve in three minutes or redirect in one.

11 am

Long-form drafted

Forge

A 900-word post is drafted in your house voice, with the right cadence, the right hooks, and proper internal links. You edit, not write.

1 pm

Social repurposed

Forge

The post becomes a LinkedIn breakdown, two Twitter threads, and a newsletter teaser. Each tuned to the channel, not copy-pasted.

3 pm

Campaign queued

Relay

This week's launch campaign is scheduled across email and social. Send times tuned to past engagement; sequences linked end to end.

5 pm

Weekly digest drops

Trace

Engagement rate, click-through, top performers, the one piece worth a paid push. Sent to your inbox in 200 words.

The agents

Five agents. One workflow.

Each agent owns one piece of the job. Together they run the whole loop.

ScoutDiscovery

Surfaces trending topics, competitor moves, and category signals you can build content around.

LensEditorial

Briefs every piece — angle, audience, sources, keywords. Keeps the calendar honest against the strategy.

ForgeDrafting

Writes long-form posts, social variants, newsletter copy, and landing-page text in your house voice.

RelayScheduling

Queues posts across channels, links email-and-social campaigns end to end, picks send times tuned to your audience.

TraceReporting

Weekly digest. What performed, what flopped, what's worth amplifying. Written for the operator, not the dashboard.

FAQ

Common questions.

Will the content sound like us?

Yes. We tune Forge's voice during the audit week against your existing best work. From Growth tier we keep refining as you redline drafts, so it gets closer every month.

Do you handle SEO?

Keyword research, internal linking, on-page structure, yes. Technical SEO, link building, and Core Web Vitals are out of scope — we recommend a specialist for those.

Can we still write our own pieces?

Always. The suite is a production line, not a gatekeeper. You can publish without us touching a thing whenever you want.

What about images and design?

Stock and AI-generated imagery is included. Custom design work (illustrations, branded templates) is a separate scope — we'll quote it if you need it.

How long does setup take?

Two to three weeks. Most of that is the voice tuning and the integrations with your CMS, scheduler, and analytics. Onboarding is included.
