Marketing automation, built and handed over.

A scoped two-to-four week project where we connect your marketing and sales tools, ship the workflows, and hand you full documentation. No long-term commitment.

2 to 4 weeksFrom spec to handover
From £650One-off, 50/50 terms
30 daysDefect support included
What it is

A defined-scope build, paid up front 50% / on handover 50%. We spec the workflows, build them in a sandbox, test against your real data, then migrate to production with a Loom walkthrough and a one-page document per scenario.

Make.com is our default platform. n8n for clients already on it. Zapier only when there's a hard reason to. The toolchain matters less than the discipline around scope and handover.

How the four weeks run

Weekly cadence keeps scope honest and handover sharp.

Week 1

Spec + access

Final spec sign-off. Access provisioning across every tool involved. Sandbox environment stood up. The slowest week, by design.

Week 2

Build sprint

Each scenario built with mock data first, then real. Edge cases tested. Retries, fallbacks, and alerts wired in. Daily Slack updates.

Week 3

Test + iterate

You test in sandbox with your data. Two rounds of revisions included. Production migration once you sign off the sandbox.

Week 4

Handover

Loom recorded for every scenario. Documentation written. 60-min training call. Acceptance email. Final 50% invoice.

Routing

Honest fit, in two columns.

Best fit if

  • You came through the audit and chose the build route.
  • You have a specific, defined ask, not a fuzzy operational mess.
  • Your tools already exist and have decent APIs.
  • The decision maker is on the spec call.

Not for

  • Scope that keeps expanding mid-build.
  • Tools without APIs or with hostile ones.
  • Anyone asking for revenue guarantees.
  • Builds inside a proprietary platform we can't access.
FAQ

Common questions.

What if the scope grows mid-build?

We scope additions as small add-ons with a fixed price and added days. Never as a rolling free expansion. The discipline keeps the project on time and on margin for both of us.

Do you maintain the build after handover?

Defect support is included for 30 days. Beyond that, you can roll into a £200/mo monitoring retainer (light touch, watch + fix) or an ongoing build retainer (£700/mo+). Both optional.

Which platform do you build on?

Make.com by default. n8n if you're already on it. Zapier only when there's a hard reason. We don't push a platform; we use the one that fits.

Can you migrate us from Zapier?

Yes. Migration projects run parallel: we rebuild in the target platform, validate side-by-side with Zapier, then cut over with a tested rollback plan.

How long until we start?

We can usually kick off within a week of the spec sign-off. Most of week one is access provisioning, which depends on your IT cadence.
