Why fixed fee, not hourly?

You're paying for a working outcome, not hours worked. You know the cost before we start, and it doesn't move because something took longer than expected.

Do we have to start with the audit?

No, though most businesses should. It is how the work that follows gets scoped precisely instead of guessed at, and seven days of mapping means it is priced against what is actually there. If you have already mapped your processes and know what you need built, you can book a scoping call and go straight to it.

What happens after Foundations?
