Whichever you start with, £200 of an audit’s fee always credits toward what comes next, and a scoping call is free either way.

Workflow & AI Audit

£495
One-off, 7 days

Where the time goes across your day-to-day processes, which of them can be automated, and what that is worth. We also look at where AI could be structured into the business, including anything already in use. You get a custom 6 to 10 page report with a 30/60/90 roadmap.

£200 of the audit fee credits toward any follow-on engagement (an automation build, a retainer, or AI Foundations) booked within 30 days.

IMPLEMENT

AI Foundations

From £6,500, fixed fee, typically 6 to 8 weeks, scoped at your audit or a scoping call.

Optional. It is what keeps automations reliable once several are running, rather than a step you have to buy first.

  • An AI governance framework your leadership signs.
  • A company knowledge base every AI tool you use draws on.
  • One department pilot, built on that foundation and tested by your own team on real work.
AUTOMATE

Automations

CustomBuilt for your specific systems and processes. Scoped first, then quoted as a fixed price. Builds from £1,500, ongoing support typically £400 to £900 a month.
Plug and playPre-built, productised automations with set prices, ready to start today.

Common questions.

Why fixed fee, not hourly?
You're paying for a working outcome, not hours worked. You know the cost before we start, and it doesn't move because something took longer than expected.
Do we have to start with the audit?
No, though most businesses should. It is how the work that follows gets scoped precisely instead of guessed at, and seven days of mapping means it is priced against what is actually there. If you have already mapped your processes and know what you need built, you can book a scoping call and go straight to it.
What happens after Foundations?
Ongoing support keeps the governance, knowledge base, and pilot current as your business changes. New tools, new people and new processes all move faster than a document does.
