Can we try it before committing?
Yes — start with a two-week pilot on a single live role for £149. You'll see the shortlist quality and the hours saved before choosing a monthly tier, and the £149 is credited in full to your setup when you convert.
Do you integrate with our ATS?
On Full Stack we build a direct integration so candidates and scores write back into the ATS your team already uses (Bullhorn, Vincere, JobAdder and similar), wired up during your setup week. On Core and Growth your pipeline lives in a dedicated, access-controlled Airtable workspace we manage for you.
How long does setup take?
One to two weeks for Starter and Growth. Two to four weeks for Full Stack where custom agents are involved. Onboarding is included.
Can we customise the agent prompts?
From Growth tier upward. We tune Scribe's voice to match your house style and Lens's scoring to match your hiring criteria.
What if we already use HubSpot or Salesforce?
We work alongside your existing stack rather than replacing it. On Full Stack the agents write back into your CRM/ATS so your team works where they always have; on Core and Growth your candidate data lives in the dedicated Airtable workspace we manage for you.
What about GDPR and candidate data?
Each client gets a dedicated, access-controlled Airtable base that we manage on your behalf — your candidates are never co-mingled with another client's. On Full Stack, data can write into your own ATS instead. We act as your data processor under a DPA, with defined retention and deletion, and the audit covers data handling on day one.
