Do you integrate with our ATS?
Bullhorn, Vincere, JobAdder, Workable, Greenhouse, and most others by API. Anything we don't directly support we wire up with n8n or Make in the build week.
How long does setup take?
One to two weeks for Starter and Manager. Two to four weeks for Director where custom agents are involved. Onboarding is included.
Can we customise the agent prompts?
From Manager tier upward. We tune Scribe's voice to match your house style, Lens's scoring to match your hiring criteria, and Scout's sources to match your target candidate pool.
What if we already use HubSpot or Salesforce?
Most clients do. We integrate with your existing stack rather than replacing it. The agents write into your CRM, your team works where they always have.
What about GDPR and candidate data?
Your data stays in your tools. We process candidate information through your existing data flows; nothing is stored on Shortdesk infrastructure. The audit covers data handling on day one.
